Meet Tara

Tara Khattar is a seasoned veteran in the world of luxury dining and event design, a renowned chef, and author. With over a decade of experience, she has worked on culinary projects across the globe, from Beirut to Paris, New York to Dubai, and the Bahamas. Tara’s culinary journey began with a degree in Gastronomy and International Restaurant Management from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, where she honed her skills in French table and culinary arts. She also holds a master’s degree in food studies from NYU.

Having worked in Michelin starred restaurants in the south of France and Paris, Tara is well-versed in the art of creating exceptional dining experiences. Her expertise allows her to curate memorable moments, whether it’s an intimate dinner or a large-scale art exhibition accommodating thousands of guests. Her meticulous attention to detail and passion for beauty and design shine through in every aspect of her work.
